How does scheduling work?

Simple, really. The Savvy App manages all your stays. Simply log in and schedule your stay. You will receive an instantaneous confirmation. When you arrive at your home, your concierge will have made sure the house is ready and the lights are on.

How much time will I have in my home each year?

Savvy offers two luxury ownership structures to fit the lifestyle of our owners -- 1/8 homes and 1/12 homes. The difference is how many owners there are in each home.

Our 1/8 homes have anywhere from 2 to 8 owners in the home. Owners may purchase 1/8 to 1/2 of the residence. 1/8 owners receive 45+ nights per year in residence. 1/2 owners receive 180+ nights per year in residence.

Our 1/12 homes have anywhere from 2 to 12 owners in the home. Owners may purchase 1/12 to 1/2 of the residence. 1/12 owners receive 30+ nights per year in residence. 1/2 owners receive 180+ nights per year in residence.

Additional time is also available and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as reservations are used.

How does Savvy make sure the calendar isn’t always full and that there’s lots of available days?

Each ⅛ owner can hold up to six planned stays at a time while scheduling no more than 45 nights. This means at least half of the 24 month calendar will be available to schedule at any time. Intuitive guidelines ensure ample availability during the year, peace of mind knowing that a few owners cannot monopolize the calendar, and plenty of flexibility to schedule last-minute getaways (arrive tomorrow) or planned reunions (get together in 24 months).

What if I want more time at the home?

Additional time is available and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as reservations are used. For additional nights, a modest nightly operating fee is assessed to cover operating and ownership costs. The fee is added to the repair and maintenance fund belonging to the ownership group.

Are there assigned weeks each year?

No. We find that the schedules of Savvy owners are frequently changing. Savvy accommodates owners who desire flexibility in their schedule. Accordingly, there is no fixed week each year. Schedule the time you need from the convenience of the Savvy App.

Are owners given priority in scheduling?

No. Savvy is designed to provide the ultimate in flexibility and convenience. To maintain the experience and provide equal access to dates important to each owner, there is no priority in scheduling. Savvy scheduling is first come, first serve.

How does the Savvy App work?

Savvy App is your hub for scheduling stays at your vacation home. Log in, view the calendar, and receive confirmation instantaneously for your scheduled stay.

What is the role of the Savvy Concierge?

Each home has a dedicated Savvy Concierge. You will get to know your concierge by name. Your concierge will assist in everything related to your ownership of the home and also your stay. From organizing annual meetings to making sure the pool is warm when you arrive, your concierge keeps your home running smoothly, so you can focus your time on the experience of Savvy living.

What time is arrival and departure for owners?

Generally, to allow time for cleaning of the home, arrivals are scheduled for 4pm and departures are scheduled for 11am. If an owner wants to arrive sooner or leave later than the scheduled time, please let your concierge know. Schedule and cleaning permitting, your concierge would be delighted to accommodate your request.

How will I know if my stay is confirmed?

The app will confirm your stay instantaneously.

Can I schedule back-to-back stays?

No. Each time an owner stays at the home, the owner must depart the home for at least as many days as the owner was last scheduled to be at the home. For example, if an owner recently stayed at the home 10 nights, the owner would have to leave the home for 10 nights before returning for the next trip. This creates open space on the calendar for other owners to enjoy the property.

What is a "Planned Stay"?

Each 1/8 share is allowed six Planned Stays (four Planned Stays for 1/12 shares) at any given time. Planned Stays are booked 8 days to 24 months in advance. Stays of 2 to 7 days count as one Planned Stay, and stays of 8 to 14 days count as two Planned Stays.

What is a "Last-Minute Stay"?

Last-minute stays are designed for owners looking to make a last-minute trip to their vacation home and can be scheduled any time from 1 to 7 days before arrival. Last-minute Stays do not count against Planned Stays, but Last-minute Stays do count against your 45+ nights (30+ nights for 1/12 shares) each year.

What is a "holiday"?

We take special care to ensure lots of different owners can enjoy the most popular holidays while never letting a holiday go unscheduled. Owners can hold at least one holiday stay at a time with opportunities to schedule additional holidays when available. There are 11 U.S. federal holidays considered “Holidays”: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Any stay over a Holiday must be a minimum of three nights.

Holidays may also include special dates, such as local events.

How long can an owner stay?

Owners can stay from 1 to 14 nights per 1/8 share (1 to 10 nights per 1/12 share). If you have ownership in more than one share, you are allowed more Planned Stays and can also stay a longer duration.

What if my plans change?

You can modify your stay up to 21 days before arrival with no penalties, or extend your stay if you are not ready to leave.
