What is Savvy?

Savvy is a vacation home experience company. Savvy assists buyers of vacation homes in purchasing, managing, and selling co-ownership interests in their dream home. Savvy offers end-to-end service handling all aspects of the vacation home experience, from purchasing the home to managing the home once it's purchased.

Savvy is selling a home in my neighborhood. What can I expect?

You can expect very good neighbors. All of our homeowners have agreed to abide by a common-sense code of conduct. You can expect respectful and courteous neighbors who have pride of ownership in their new home.

Is Savvy a property management company?

Yes, but Savvy is not only a property management company. Savvy also assists buyers of vacation homes in purchasing, managing, and selling co-ownership interests in their dream home. Savvy manages all aspects of the vacation home experience, including property management.

Can Savvy homes be rented?

No. The owners agree under the terms of the LLC Operating Agreement that their home cannot be rented.

How many owners will each home have?

It varies by home. It can range from 2 to 12 owners, depending on the property. Only one owner occupies the property at one time.

Will a Savvy home be noisy and disruptive?

No. Owners agree to common-sense quiet hours at the home. We find that our owners are respectful and take pride in their neighborhood and homes. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
