Where Will You Migrate To This Winter?

Written by Julie Anderson| November 12, 2021 in Trends & Insights

Winter’s coming.  That cool bite in the air you’re feeling now will turn to frigid days soon.  In search of warmer temperatures, birds instinctively head south.  Perhaps you should too.  In January and February, St. George, Utah is 17-20 degrees warmer than Northern Utah on average.  The gap between 43 degrees and 61 degrees can mean the difference between hunkering down for the day and getting out into nature to hike, golf, bike, and soak in the sun.

Southern Utah Pool

Wouldn’t it be great if you had your own place in Southern Utah?  A second nest you could book easily via a mobile app, with amenities that are always dialed.  Wouldn’t it be amazing if you actually owned the real estate instead of getting gouged for nightly rental fees?  But given you’re busy and would only be able to be there for a portion of your time, you could just own a portion of the home.  You could share the cost(s) of ownership with a few other owners who are also looking to have their own place, but just part of the time.  But they, like you, treat the home like they own it.... because they do.
